Ranch abuser.
After 2 kids and an extra 50 lbs, I decided I didn't want to hate my bod any more. C25K, 10k, 10 miler, Half Marathon, 20 miler, Marathon. All in 2 years.
This year I will:
1. Trump last years 2 marathons
2. Learn to swim (efficiently) and complete a triathlon
3. Clean up my diet and maintain my weight

I haven’t been up this early in a loooooong time. Time for a run! Ultra training starts Monday. (Taken with instagram)
In lieu of running because of this stupid throbbing calf pain I just had a 16 mile bike adventure with Thing 2. Pulling around 50lbs on the back of your road bike is a sufficient workout, I’d say. Especially through the wind. That thing is like a bag of rocks! My legs are soooo dead now.
I’m so glad the nice weather is here, though! I look forward to future quad burning adventures!
What are you doing to get sweaty today?
New shoes did not make the cut. I’m starting to wonder if I’m….injured? Please, say it isn’t so. Any tips for calf burning pain? Also, it seems to be radiating up into my butt cheek, too, now. I will be on the foam roller until further notice.
I’m baaaack! After a breather and some crazy races and trips, I think I’m back. Marathon is in 2 short weeks and my calf has been KILLING me. Bought some new shoes and socks. Going to give them a whirl around the neighborhood.
